Come meet some of our local everyday heroes and helpers. Men and women who work to protect and assist the people of our community will be at the library for a meet-and-greet with local children.

About the event
Children of all ages will have the opportunity to meet some of the men and women who work for the fire department, the sheriff's department, and as EMTs in a safe, non-emergency setting. There will be stories, snacks, and best of all, a chance to see and touch the specialized vehicles emergency workers use every day to keep our community safe.
